More so, it will serve to gauge market interest and identify potential partners, improve project structure and bidding documents and address risks and optimize implementation. Scope of Project The Early Market Engagement exercise will focus mainly on Component 1 of the project, namely Infrastructure Development, for which, the estimated value is USD 170 million. Component 1 of the project consists of the following: • Construction of a new runway 2.1 km long x 45m wide in Marshall asphalt and associated taxiways. • Construction of three new aircraft parking stands for A321 Neo type aircraft including the two connecting taxiways.
