Acquisition of a project vehicle — Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning (MINECOFIN)

The Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning(MINECOFIN) through its SPIU hereby invite eligible bidders specialized in that area to submit their offers to the TENDER FOR ACQUISITION OF A PROJECT VEHICLE. Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field.

The tender document may be obtained from the E-Procurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw ). All bids will be submitted online using the E-Procurement system by 23/05/2024 at 16h00 PM local time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the E-Procurement system on the same day at 16:30 PM, local time.

The bids shall be accompanied by a bid security and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.

All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the E-Procurement system not later than 14 days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids.
