  • The Ministry of Lands, Housing and Country Planning (MLHCP) has received funds in the form of Grant from the World Bank towards the cost of the Sierra Leone Lands Administration Project (SLLAP) and intends to apply a portion for the procurement of works, and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Lands Commission Northern Regional Office Building in Makeni.
  • The works under the contract shall include the construction of office building block with ancillary facilities such as car park, perimeter columns and security post, crushed rock (or aggregates) parking area. The details of contract requirements are provided in table below:

The Employer shall evaluate bids on Package-by-Package basis and no bidder shall be awarded contract for more than one Package.• The bidding document comprises of the following:• Volume 1: Instruction to Bidders, Evaluation and Qualification Criteria, Conditions of Contract, Contract Forms, Environmental and Social (ES) Requirements, and Annex: Amendment to Bidding Document;• Volume II: Works Specifications.• Volume III: Detailed Drawings;• Volume IV: Bills of Quantities;• Volume V: Environmental and Social Management Plan.• Bidding is open to all Bidders who can demonstrate to have meet the eligibility in ITB 2, and technical and financial requirements in ITB 3.• Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 9:00 hours to 5:00 hours on working days (Monday – Friday).
