  • The Republic of South Africa has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Technical Assistance Project for Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) in the Republic of South Africa and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for “the supply of multi-parameter water quality testing meters and buffer solutions”. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing.
  • The Council for Geoscience (CGS) now invites potential suppliers to provide quotations for the drilling of a deep (600m) groundwater monitoring borehole. The required goods are listed in the table below.
