Description
The Santiago Network Secretariat is issuing this call for proposals to catalyze technical assistance from organizations, bodies, networks, and experts (OBNEs) in response to a request from Namibia.
The requested technical assistance aims to enhance Namibia’s capacities to plan, finance and implement initiatives to avert, minimise and address loss and damage. This will be achieved through the development of a national loss and damage financing framework and strengthened institutional coordination. The achievement of this objective is expected to enhance access to loss and damage financing and resource mobilisation, increase the resilience of communities to withstand and cope with climate-induced risks, and
