The Government of Rwanda has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of the Commercialization and De-risking for Agricultural Transformation (CDAT) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services for Hiring a Consultancy firm for supervision of irrigation development works for Kanyegenyege marshland.

All Requests for Proposal will be submitted online using the Rwanda On-Line E-Procurement System (www.umucyo.gov.rw) not later than the date and time specified in Rwanda On-Line E-Procurement System (www.umucyo.gov.rw). Late expression of interest will not be accepted by the system. expression of interestl will be opened automatically in E-Procurement system on the same day. expression of interest shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.
