The RWANDA BASIC EDUCATION BOARD (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by the World Bank-QBE Project towards the cost of Hiring broadcasting media houses to provide REB with Radio and television broadcasting services under frame work

• The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

The RWANDA BASIC EDUCATION BOARD invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the provision of Hiring broadcasting media houses to provide REB with Radio and television broadcasting services under frame work

• as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.

• Tender Documents in English may be obtained from E-Procurement System (www.umucyo.gov.rw),

• Tender Documents may be obtained on any day from E-Procurement System,

• All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” as specified in the E-Procurement system:

• Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed through E-Procurement System

• Well prepared bids must reach RWANDA BASIC EDUCATION BOARD at the address mentioned above Not later than the date and time specified in E-Procurement System Late bids will not be allowed to be submitted in the system

• Bids will be opened automatically by the system on the date and time specified by E-Procurement system

• Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 62/2018 of 25/08/2018 on Public Procurement
