Description
1.1 The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit proposals for the Mathematics Learning Game Application for Primary-Age Children in Myanmar as per the Terms of Reference attached at Annex B.
2.1 The deadline for submission of proposals is 9:00am Myanmar Time on 22 April 2026. Emailed bids must be sent exclusively to [email protected] in a non-editable format (e.g., PDF), clearly marked with the RFP reference number LRPS-2026-9203071 and the company name in the subject line: e.g.,
- "LRPS-2026-9203071 - Technical Proposal - Company Name"
- "LRPS-2026-9203071 - Financial Proposal - Company Name"
Proposals are not to be sent to individual UNICEF staff members. Any proposal sent to
individual UNICEF staff members will be disqualified.

- A technical proposal and supporting documentation as required in the Terms of Reference (Annex B) The financial proposal submission must include:

3.1 An online pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00am Myanmar Time on 31 March 2026. Interested proposers shall express the interest and send a list of participants (name, designation, email address) to Ye Htut ([email protected]), copying Ayako Okamura ([email protected]) and Mya Thanda Chaw ([email protected]) by 12:00pm (noon) Myanmar Time on 30 March 2026. A Teams meeting link will be shared with the registered companies/participants.
