WHO is seeking for a qualified, eligible and competent proposer for the WHO-Kanagawa Partnership on Healthy Ageing and Noncommunicable Diseases (NCDs) in the Western Pacific
Population ageing and the rising burden of noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) are reshaping health systems, economies, and societies across the Western Pacific Region. While many countries are experiencing rapid demographic transitions, the pace of ageing, the epidemiological profile of NCDs, and the capacity of health systems to respond vary widely, particularly between high-income settings and low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).
