Procurement of High-Quality Ebola Vaccines for Stockpiling and Use

UNICEF wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for the subject - RFP-DAN-2026-503904 for procurement of Ebola vaccines of assured quality for stockpiling and Use, including stockpile management, storage, maintenance, replenishment, delivery and destruction of vaccines upon expiry.

An online bid conference will be held on Thursday, 16 April 2026 at 02:00 PM (Copenhagen time) to demonstrate procurement objectives, requirements and answer Bidder’s clarification.

Bidders wishing to participate in the bid conference must confirm their interest by emailing Ms. Ying Solem ([email protected]) with copy to Ms. Tine Schmidt Olsen ([email protected]) by 13 April 2026 to receive the meeting details. Questions to be addressed during the conference should also be submitted to the same contacts no later than 13 April 2026 to enable consolidation of clarifications.

Proposals must be received by latest 12:00 AM (Copenhagen time), on Friday, 1 May 2026.
