- The East, Central and Southern Africa Health Community Secretariat (ECSA-HC) - Arusha, is implementing the Health Emergency Preparedness, Response and Resilience (HEPRR) Program for the Eastern and Southern Africa (AFE) using Multiphase Programmatic Approach (MPA) whereby Countries are allowed to join the program at any point of time. Through the program, ECSA-HC has set aside funds for its operations in the financial year 2024/2025.It is intended that part of the proceeds of the funds will be used to cover eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of Toolkits for Maintenance and Calibration of Laboratory Equipment
- You are hereby invited to submit quotation for the supply of Toolkits for Maintenance and Calibration of Laboratory Equipment as described in the Schedule of Requirements and Prices attached in Section II
- The Quotations shall be valid for 30 days
- The required delivery period is 14days or earlier from the issuance of the purchase order/Contract
- Request for clarification should be made not later than 24th June 2025
- Please inform us by 21st June, 2025 in writing by E-mails [email protected]

- Deadline for submission will be on 30th June, 2025 through the emails above
- Please submit your price quotations as described in no. 6 above through the emails indicated above with a title “Supply of Toolkits for Maintenance and Calibration of Laboratory Equipment”
- List of the items and Specifications are as per Section II of this RFQ
- Late quotations and portion of quotations shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
