GENERATING GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES AND PRODUCTIVITY FOR WOMEN ENTERPRISES (GROW) PROJECT

INIVITATION TO BID UNDER REQUEST FOR BIDS (RFB) – OPEN NATIONAL MARKET APPROACH

  • The Government of the Republic of Uganda has received financing from the World Bank (the “Bank”) towards the cost of the Generating Growth Opportunities and Productivity for Women Enterprises (GROW) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contracts for acquisition of Motor Vehicles for project operations.
  • The Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development (MGLSD) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of Motor Vehicles under the GROW Project as below;

The Regulations can be accessed at https://thedocs.worldbank.org/en/doc/178331533065871195-0290022020/original/ProcurementRegulations.pdf• Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the MGLSD and inspect the bidding documents from 08:00am to 05:00pm during the week days at the address given below in 8(a).• The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 100,000/= (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only).The method of payment will be by Bank Advice Form (BAF) payable through any Bank.• Bids must be delivered to the address below in 8(a) at or before 11:00am on December 2, 2024. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
