Proposals must be received by latest 12:00 hours (Beirut time) on 25.03.2026 and will be opened at 12:30 hours (Beirut time) on 25.03.2026. Request for Proposal for Services received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.

Proposals must be sent ONLY to [email protected].

Proposals must be sent in two separate emails: one email for the technical proposal and one email for the financial proposal.

Subject line of the email must indicate: RFPS number- name of your company- technical

proposal. The email must include: The technical proposal. The technical proposal does not
