INVITATION FOR QUOTATIONS

To:

• The United Republic of Tanzania has received a credit from the World Bank towards the cost of Zanzibar Judicial Modernization Project (Zi-JUMP) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to cover eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for Quotation is issued.

• Now, the Judiciary of Zanzibar on behalf of the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar invites you to submit your price Quotation for supplying the goods as described in the Schedule of Requirements and Prices.

• Deadline for submission shall be on Tuesday, 8th July, 2025, at 10:00 am. Quotations

shall be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Supplier’s

representatives who choose to attend the opening at the Judiciary of Zanzibar, 214 Road

of Tunguu, 70491 South Unguja, Second Floor, Conference Room No. 203 at 10:30 am.

• Late Quotation or Quotation that is not opened in public shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
