Supply of Beverages, Tea and Coffee

Rwanda Water Resources Board would like to invite all hotels to bid for providing beverages and catering services for RWB staff as indicated in detail in the statement of requirements.

The required documents are:

• Registration certificate/certificate of incorporation

• Declaration of commitment

• Beneficial Ownership disclosure declaration

• Payment for Tender Document

• Tax clearance certificate

• Certificate from the social security

• New Price Schedule

• The list of 1 supervisor and 4 waiters indicating their names and degrees

• CVs and Copies of degrees for 1 Supervisor and 4 waiters

• Proof of ownership or a valid agreement of leasing the vehicle Van for tea/food delivery
