Supply of Field Equipment for surveys (topography and bathymetry), refer to the number generated by Umucyo system

• The Rwanda Water Resources Board (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by (World Bank under the VCRP Project) towards the cost of Supply of Field Equipment for surveys (Topography). The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

• The Rwanda Water Resources Board invites qualified bidders to submit their bids for the Supply of Field Equipment for surveys (topography) as indicated in detail in the Technical Specifications.

• Bidders will be required to provide the following documents:

• Price schedule: Refer to umucyo system

• Payment for Tender Document: A payment slip of Frw 10,000

• Registration certificate/certificate of incorporation: The certificate shall include the one of the following business activities if missed bid will be rejected:

Non-specialized wholesale trade; Other retail sale in non-specialized stores; Other retail sale of new goods in specialized stores, Wholesale of construction materials, hardware, plumbing and heating equipment and supplies.

• Tax clearance certificate: A valid tax clearance certificate

• Certificate from the social security: A valid certificate from the social security

• Technical Specifications: technical specifications as per the bidding document

• Beneficial Ownership Declaration form: A well completed form (Refer to tender documents)

• Bid security

• Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed only through the e-procurement system

(use the request for clarification button) in writing within two thirds (2/3) of the deadline

period for the submission of proposals from the date of tender notice publication.

• All bids will be submitted online using the e-procurement system before the deadline indicated in the system. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the e-procurement system at the time specified in the system (www.umucyo.gov.rw).

• The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline mentioned in the system.
