  • Eskom Holdings SOC Limited (Eskom) has received financing from the World Bank (hereinafter called “Bank”) African Development Bank, and New Development Bank toward the cost of the Eskom Investment Support Project (EISP) and Eskom Renewables Support Project (ERSP) and it intends to apply part of the funds toward payments , using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, under the contract for Design, Engineering, Supply, Construction, Erection, testing and Commissioning of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project.
