SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING AND TRAINING OF ELECTRICITY MEASURING CALIBRATION AND VERIFICATION EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES FOR MONITORING THE ENERGY EFFICIENG AND MANAGEMENT IN KLP

• Ministry of Trade and Industry (MINICOM) (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by the Government, towards the cost of Supply, installation, commissioning and training of electricity measuring calibration and verification equipment and accessories for monitoring the energy efficieng and management in KLP. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

• Ministry of Trade and Industry (MINICOM) invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the Supply, installation, commissioning and training of electricity measuring calibration and verification equipment and accessories for monitoring the energy efficieng and management in KLP as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.

• Tender Documents in English and is obtained from umucyo.gov.rw

• Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Trade and Industry (PS / MINICOM)

• Well attached bids, must be submitted in the system not later than the date and time indicated in the system.

• Bids will be opened in the system umucyo.gov.rw at the same day at the date and time indicated in the system.
