The Government of Sierra Leone has received financing from the World Bank toward the Social Safety Net and Youth Employment Project (PSSNYE). The National Commission for Social Action (NaCSA), the project-implementing agency now intends to apply part of the proceeds for the supply of tricycles waste collection cart for six municipalities
The National Commission for Social Action (NaCSA), now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders that have executed successful contracts for at least three years, involving the development, installation, and provision of technical support for Information Systems of similar functional/technical characteristics and of a comparable scale.
