Title of the Assignment: HIRING TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FIRM FOR CONDUCTING FEASIBILITY STUDIES FOR SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL FACILITIES IN SELECTED DISTRICTS.

The Government of Rwanda has received funds from World Bank through RUDPII toward the cost of Hiring Technical Assistance Firm for conducting Feasibility Studies for Solid Waste Disposal Facilities in Selected Districts (MUHANGA and HUYE Districts), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) for the assignment are attached to this request for expressions of interest.

Ministry of Infrastructure (MININFRA) now invites eligible consulting firms (CONSULTANT FIRM OF CATEGORY A OPERATING IN THE FIELD OF BUILDING AND CIVIL ENGINEERING FOR DESIGN AND SUPERVISION ASSIGNMENTS OF RPPA) to show their interest in providing the above Services. Interested Consultants Firms should provide information demonstrating that they have the required proof of firm categorization, letter of EoI and three (3) pages of company profile.

Further information can be obtained through e-Procurement System at any time before deadline of submission of expression of interest (EoI).

Expressions of interest must be submitted through e-Procurement System for Rwanda at (www.umucyo.gov.rw ) not later than (See in e-Procurement system) and shall automatically be opened through the e-Procurement System on the same date at (See in e-Procurement system).

Bidding process shall be conducted as specified in the Law N0 031/2022 of 21/11/2022 governing public procurement.
