TITLE OF THE TENDER: Provision of support on Post-Harvest Infrastructure and Equipment

PROCUREMENT METHOD: NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING

The Government of Rwanda has received credit and grant from the International Development Association (IDA), Global Agriculture and Food Security Program (GAFSP), and Korean International Cooperation Agency) to implement the Commercialization and De Risking for Agricultural Transformation (CDAT) Project, The second Sustainable Agricultural Intensification and Food Security (SAIP) Project and SAPMP project and wants to use portion of proceeds to finance the tender of Provision of support on Post-Harvest Infrastructure and Equipment.

The RAB- SPIU invites eligible bidders to submit bids for Provision of support on Post-Harvest Infrastructure and Equipment.

The tender document in English may be obtained online using the Rwanda Online E-Procurement system (www.umucyo.gov.rw).

For submission purpose, each bidder must pay a nonrefundable amount equal to five thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Frw). The amount to be deposited to the RRA account opened in any commercial Bank.

All bids will be submitted online using the Rwanda On-Line E-Procurement system through www.umucyo.gov.rw not later than the date and time indicated by e-procurement system. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the Rwanda Online E-Procurement system on the same day as per the time indicated by the e-procurement system. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline mentioned above. All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the Rwanda Online E-Procurement system in 14 days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids
