The Government of Sierra Leone has received financing from the World Bank toward the Social Safety Net and Youth Employment Project (PSSNYE). The National Commission for Social Action (NaCSA), the project-implementing agency now intends to apply part of the proceeds for the supply of tricycles waste collection cart for six municipalities
The National Commission for Social Action (NaCSA), now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders that have executed at least three contracts of similar nature and volume to submit bids for the supply of the undermentioned:
