The Office National de l'Electricité et de l'Eau potable – Branche Electricité (ONEE-BE) has received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and a loan from the Clean Technology Fund (CTF) to develop the first phase of its solar PV program. The ONEE-BE intends to apply part of the proceeds of these loans to payments under the contract for Engineering, Procurement,Construction, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of 3 grid-connected solar photovoltaic (PV) power plants respectively in Zagora, Erfoud and Missour, with total capacity of 75 MW.

The ONEE-BE intends to pre-qualify contractors and/or firms and consortia for the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of 3 grid-connected solar photovoltaic (PV) power plants with total capacity of 75 MW. It is expected that invitations for bid will be made in 3 months.

Pre-qualification will be conducted through pre-qualification procedures specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, January 2011, and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries,as defined in the guidelines.

Interested eligible Applicantsmay obtain further information from and inspect the pre-qualificationdocument at the ONEE-BE (address below) from 9 am to 1 pm. A complete set of the prequalification document in French, could be obtained free of charge, by interested Applicants, via one of the followingmethods:

i. Requestin-person at ONEE-BE's "Direction Approvisionnements et Marchés", sise 65, rue Othman Ben Affan, Casablanca, Morocco; or

ii. Downloaded from ONEE-BE's website: www.one.ma ; or

iii. Requested by fax at (212) 522 43 31 12, to receiveit by e-mail.

Applications for pre-qualification should be received in sealed envelopes, delivered to the address below before September 18th, 2015 at 10 am (Morocco time) and be clearly marked "Application to Pre-qualify for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of 3 grid-connected solar photovoltaic (PV) power plants with total capacity of 75 MW - Prequalification N° SP487776".

The opening of applications for pre-qualification will take place in public session on Friday, September 18, 2015 at 10:15am (Moroccan time) at ONEE-BE's headquarters:
