Expression of Interest for the Recruitment of Five (5) Local Individual Consultants for the Transport Sector Working Group (T-SWAP) at the Ministry of Infrastructure (MININFRA)

The Government of the Republic of Rwanda (GoR) received a financing from the World Bank under the Kigali Logistics Platfom Connectivity Development Project. Part of the project financing intends to cover eligible payments for the services of experts to Support the Transport Sector Working Group (T-SWAp). The experts to be recruited are for the following positions:

• Transport SWAp Coordinator

• Transport Policy and Economics Specialist

• External Links and Donors Coordinator

• Transport SWAp Engineer

• Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

Rwanda Transport Development Agency (RTDA) now invites eligible candidates/ individual consultants to express their interest in providing the above-mentioned services. Interested candidates must provide information indicating their qualifications for performing the services (CVs);

Eligibility criteria, the establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with World Bank procurement regulations for IPF Borrowers, dated September 2023;
