The Government of Mauritius has received financing from the World Bank for the Rodrigues Airport Project, which has been co-financed by the European Union, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services (“the Services”) include the following, but not limited to:

• Prepare and submit a Project Operations Manual (POM) that will detail the policies and procedures that shall guide the implementation of project activities.

2.Submission of a detailed description, financial arrangements, and implementation arrangements, as well as rules, guidelines, standard documents and procedures to successfully carry out this project.

• Drafting and submission of the most appropriate Project Operations Manual (POM)

Airports of Mauritius Co. Ltd (AML) now invites eligible Individual Consultants (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Individuals should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated September 2023.

A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Selection of Individual Consultants method set out in the Procurement Regulations.

AML shall endeavour to reply to such queries at least three days prior to the set submission deadline.

Expressions of interest must be delivered in a written form, with any annex(es), which you may wish to enclose, thru’ email [email protected], by Registered Post or Courier, addressed to the Chairperson Tender Committee, Airports of Mauritius Co Ltd, SSR International Airport, Mauritius, on or before Wednesday 16 October 2024 at latest by 13.00 Hrs (Mauritian Time).
