Recruitment of the Administration and Finance Officer for SADC-GMI

Action Appointments will be appointed to provide the following services to SADC-GMI:

• Searching Action Appointment database for possible candidates

• Screening and interviewing of all potential applicants

• Head hunting which will involve encouraging targeted individuals to apply

• Communicating with shortlisted candidates

• Presentation of a shorllist of CVs of candidates to SADC-GMI

• Setting up of the interviews for the chosen candidates

• Interview questions if required Action Appointments will draw up a set of interview questions

• Reference checking and all credit and qualification checks

• Informing all candidates of the outcome of the process

• Assisting in the finalization of the appointment with the successful candidate
