REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (EOI)

TITLE OF THE TENDER: International Consultancy services for developing Community Based Participatory Catchment Management Development Guideline

The Government of Rwanda through the Ministry of Environment (MoE) has received funds from WORLD BANK towards the cost to implement the Project Preparation Advance for the Volcano Community Resilience Project. The client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract of International Consultancy services for developing Community Based Participatory Catchment Management Development Guideline for which this request for expression of interest is issued.

The Ministry of Environment now solicits experienced consulting firms to express their interest to provide the consultancy service for international consultancy services for developing Community Based Participatory Catchment Management Development Guideline.

Late applications shall not be considered and only online application is acceptable through e-Procurement system. The deadline for submission of Expressions of Interest is 26th June 2023 at 10:00 Am local time and the applications will be opened on the same day automatically by the E-Procurement system at 10:30 Am local time. Your documents shall be valid for a period of 120 days from the date of submission.

All interested firms may obtain some complementary information by writing using the E-Procurement system within two thirds (2/3) of the deadline period for the submission of tenders as of the date of tender notice publication before the fixed deadline for the submission of expression of interest.
