The Smart Africa alliance has received grant from the World Bank toward the cost of Digital Transformation for Africa/ Western Africa Regional Digital Integration Program (DTfA/ WARDIP) SOP-1 and intends to apply part of the proceeds for hiring of Training Facilitator – Webinars and online learning.

The raining facilitator – webinars and online learning Smart Africa digital academy – DTFA / WARDIP SOP will be hired for a period of three (3) years renewable upon satisfaction of services and availability of funds.

The Smart Africa Alliance now invites eligible candidates to indicate their interest in providing the said Services. Interested Candidates should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The selection criteria will be based on qualifications and relevant experience.

The attention of interested Candidates is drawn to the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” December 2023 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest as well as Smart Africa Human resource manual.
