The World Bank shall arrange the publication on its external website of the agreed initial procurement plan and all subsequent updates since it has provided non- objection. Specific procurement notices for contracts subject to open international competitive procurement will be announced, as they become available, in UN Development Business online, on the World Bank’s external website and City of Kigali’s website: www.kigalicity.gov.rw. Interested Consultant firm should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are: • Profile of the Firm/Core business and company’s relevant experience in Feasibility Study, Preliminary Design, Detailed Engineering Design and Elaboration of Tender Documents for the Flood Risk management; • Firm’s eligibility supporting documents and brochures; • At least ten (10) years experience of the firm in the field; • List and Description of similar assignments undertaken by the firm in the past of the same complexity in nature; • Availability and Summary of qualification and experience of key personnel; • International organization for standardization certificate(ISO) Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N°62/2018 of 25/08/2018 on Public Procurement as modified and completed to date. Consultant firm may associate with other firms in the form of a Joint Venture with letter of intent allowing joint venture. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method set out in the Consultant Guidelines.
