Bidanga provides a pan-African public procurement intelligence platform that aggregates, indexes, and presents public tender information from government entities across 54 African countries. The service is provided in accordance with the Open Contracting Data Standard (OCDS 1.1.5).
To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

The Bidanga platform, including its design, software, and content (excluding public procurement data which is subject to open data licenses), is the property of Bidanga and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Public procurement data is sourced from government entities and is subject to their respective open data policies.
Your use of Bidanga is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bidanga makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the procurement data will be complete, accurate, or up-to-date at all times.
In no event shall Bidanga be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, even if Bidanga has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Bidanga reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
