OAB /24 OF 2011 PROGRAMME MANAGER FOR SERVICES AND SUPPORT IN THE FIELD OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT The Ministry of Public Infrastructure, National Development Unit, Land Transport & Shipping (LandTransport & Shipping Division) invites bids from eligible and qualified local and overseas service suppliers possessing at least a degree in Engineering or Finance or Project Managementto submit technical and financial proposals for the supply of services and support in the field of ProjectManagement which could form the basis for future negotiations and ultimately, a contract between the selected bidder and the Ministry of Public Infrastructure, National Development Unit, Land Transport and Shipping (Public Infrastructure Division) . 2. Proposals of the Service Providers will be evaluated on the basis of quality and cost. The Technical Proposals scoring the pass mark shall be retained for financial evaluation. The proposal with the highest combined score, technical and financial, shall be selected for award 3. The assignment is expected to be for an initial period of 12 months. The duration of the assignment may be extended up to a maximum of 36 months, depending on the performance of the Service Provider as well as the requirements of the Ministry of Public Infrastructure, National Development Unit, Land Transport and Shipping. 4.
