Through thePSLP Project, the GoZ seeks to make the Productive Community Works (PCWs) a more integral part of the social protection system in Zimbabwe,with appropriate links to the other key elements of the social protection system. More specifically, the PSLP would support GoZ in the enhancement of its social protection system, through the expansion of the pilot with the objective to increase social safety net access to poor rural households, by enabling them to participate in labour intensive public works, while at the same time supporting rehabilitation/creation of small rural community assets.
