The Goods and Related Services shall be delivered, installed, tested, commissioned, and made fully operational within six (6) months from the Effective Date of Contract or as specified in the Delivery and Completion Schedule. No margin of domestic preference shall apply. | Qualification Criteria | Minimum Requirement | Financial Capability | The Bidder shall submit audited financial statements for the last three (3) years preceding the bid submission deadline, demonstrating the current soundness of the Bidder’s financial position. For a Joint Venture (JV), this requirement shall be met by each member. | Specific Experience | For each lot, the Bidder shall demonstrate that it has successfully completed at least two (2) contracts each with a value of not less than the amounts specified below; or one (1) contract with a value of not less than the amounts specified below, within the last Four (4) years prior to bid submission deadline, that have been successfully and substantially completed and that are similar in nature and complexity to the Goods and Related Services under the Contract.
