The following weightings shall apply for Rated Criteria (including technical and non-price factors): 70%, and for Bid cost: 30%. • Key qualification requirements are: • Average Annual Turnover: Minimum average annual turnover of TZS 25,000,000,000 or its equivalent in other currency(ies) calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last 5 years, divided by 5. • Financial Capability: The Bidder shall submit audited financial statements or, if not required by the law of the Bidder’s country, other financial statements acceptable to the Purchaser, for the last five (5) years (FY 2020 – FY 2024) prior to the bid submission deadline, to demonstrate the current soundness of the Bidder’s financial position. For a joint venture, this requirement shall be met by each member. • General Experience: The Bidder shall demonstrate that they have experience of at least six (6) years of a similar nature and complexity to supply Goods and Related Services under the Contract. For a joint venture, this requirement may be met by all members combined. • Specific Experience: The Bidder shall demonstrate that it has completed at least three (3) contracts within the last six (6) years prior to bid submission deadline, each with a value of at least TZS10,000,000,000 or its equivalent in other currency (ies) that have been successfully and substantially completed and that are similar in nature and complexity to the Goods and Related Services under the Contract.
