Under this agreement, the ISFL will make payments to the Program Entity (Ministry of Finance) for measured, reported, and verified Emission Reductions (ERs) and the Program Entity will distribute the payments according to an agreed Benefit Sharing Plan (BSP). The Program will be implemented over a period of six years from 2024 to 2030. 2.0 OBJECTIVE OF THE ASSIGNMENT The main objective of the assignment is to conduct an AFOLU greenhouse gas (GHG) baseline survey to establish a district reference point for emissions and removals in the sector.
