Invoice must be hand delivered to the Department of Public Works and Infrastructure, Chris Hani district offices at No. 1 Creamery Road, Kings Park, office number DG07 OR email to invoices.chrishani@ecdpw.gov.za, after the services have been rendered. c. The awarded Service Provider must submit, together with the invoice, a proforma invoice from the facility where the accommodation was arranged and the bidder will be paid accordingly. Contact:
