TITLE OF THE TENDER: Acquisition of chicken breeds, chicken feed and disease control packages PROCUREMENT METHOD: NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (Framework Agreement) The Government of Rwanda (GOR) has received a grant from Global Agriculture and Food Security Program (GAFSP), and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this grant to finance the Acquisition of chicken breeds, chicken feed and disease control packages. The Rwanda Agriculture and Animal Resources Development Board (RAB) / The Second Sustainable Agricultural Intensification and Food Security Project (SAIP II) invite eligible bidders to submit bids for the Acquisition of chicken breeds, chicken feed and disease control packages. The tender document in English may be obtained online using the E-Procurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw). Interested Bidder must pay a non-refundable amount equal to Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 Frw), the amount to be deposited to the Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA)’ account opened in any commercial Bank. All bids will be submitted through Rwanda online e-procurement system (www.umucyo.gov.rw) not later than the Date and time indicated by e-procurement system. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by Rwanda online e-procurement system on the same day as per the date and time indicated by e-procurement system. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned. All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the E-Procurement system in 14 days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids.
