APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE LICENSING, SUPPORT, MAINTENANCE AND ENHANCEMENTS OF AN INTEGRATED MUNICIPAL FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ERP) COMPLIANT WITH mSCOA REGULATIONS AND NATIONAL TREASURY BUSINESS PROCESS REQUIREMENTS FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS Special Conditions:
