Description

High-level Evaluations (HLE) are governance-level evaluations that aim to generate insights into organizational-level performance within the context of the results-based management system. The HLEs in the ILO refer to the evaluation of policy outcomes, institutional issues, as well as selected DWCPs. Findings from HLEs contribute to informed decision-making on policies and strategies, as well as accountability. Senior management and the Governing Body (GB) are involved in identifying priorities for HLEs, determining the timing, and intended uses of each evaluation.
