Beautification and ground maintenance at Praslin Domestic Airport

TENDER FOR BEAUTIFICATION AND GROUND MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT THE PRASLIN DOMESTIC AIRPORT (CORRIGENDUM) Scope of ServiceTo provide Beautification and Ground Maintenance Services of hard surfaces around all section zones and sites considered to be landside and partial airside areas at the Praslin Airport.Eligibility:· Locally registered with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in beautification and landscaping.· The bidder must be able to show proof of training and experience in Horticultural Beautification and Landscaping at a large establishment.· Applicable to contractors that is Praslin-based only.Performance Period:Three (3) years from Award of Contract.Access to Tender Dossier:Interested bidders are informed that tender dossiers can be purchased at the Seychelles Airports Authority, Administration Office at Praslin Airport or at the Head Office, Sunshine House room 110, Providence, Mahe as of Monday 19th October 2026 from 9:00am to 3:00pm at a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00.Closing Date for Dossier: The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Tuesday 27th October 2026 at 3:00pm.

NO TENDER DOSSIER WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER CLOSING DATE.Pre-Tender Site Visit:A MANDATORY site information meeting has been organized on Wednesday 28th October 2026 at 10:30am. The meeting place shall be at the Praslin Domestic Arrival Terminal landing. Failure to attend to the site information meeting/visit shall lead to bids being disqualified during the Evaluation Stage.Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, Business Registration Number and NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.SUBMISSION OF TENDERS: Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “TENDER FOR BEAUTIFICATION AND GROUND MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT THE PRASLIN DOMESTIC AIRPORT” and deposited in the tender box located at the SEYCHELLES AIRPORTS AUTHORITY, ADMINISTRATION OFFICE, PRASLIN AIRPORT, AMITIE, GRAND ANSE NOT LATER THAN NOT LATER THAN 10:00AM ON THURSDAY 12TH NOVEMBER 2026.

TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00AM at the venue mentioned above.
