All contractors Class II & III only registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.Place of Performance:Seychelles International AirportPerformance Period:Eight (8) weeks from Award of ContractAccess to Tender Dossier:The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Procurement Section, SeychellesAirports Authority at Sunshine House, First Floor, Providence, Mahe as of Wednesday 01st October to Tuesday 07th October 2025 between 9:00amto 3:00pm against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500/- each.Pre-Tender Site Visit:A mandatory site information meeting has been organized on Thursday 09th October 2025 at 11:00am.

The meeting place shall be at the Gate 3 at theSeychelles International Airport. Failure to attend the site information meeting/visit shall lead to bids being disqualified during the Evaluation Stage.Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, Business Registration Number and NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.
