Build Sewerage Network in Grand-Anse, Phase 1

GRAND-ANSE MAHE – SEWERAGE NETWORK PHASE 1 Eligibility: All Locally Registered Contractors with a valid Class One (1) license operating in Seychelles.Subject: PUC intends to construct a new Centralized sewerage Network at Grand Anse Mahe. The works shall comprise of the following:Marking of pipeline routesExcavation and trenching worksInstallation of pressure linesReinstatement of all disturbed surfaces including landscaping, driveways and pavementsCoordination with PUC and property owners to ensure timely and proper execution of worksCollection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue, payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each as from Wednesday 5th August 2026 to Tuesday 11th August 2026,08:00am to 12:00 noon.

All interested Bidders should provide a copy of their valid license and are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing the document.Pre-Bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Wednesday 12th August 2026 at 10:00am at the Conference Room, PUC Office, Electricity House, Roche Caiman.Followed by:Site-Visit: A site visit on the project site on Wednesday 12th August 2026 after the pre-bid meeting.Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit.
