The International Technical Consultancy Service Provider NGO/Firms will undertake the following tasks: · Conduct a desk Review (reports, policy briefs) using Key informant interviews (expert views in the field of DCAS)-different partners engaged such as WFP,FAO, South Sudan Met services-SSMD, SSCAA and Different line Ministries inclusive of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Farmers engagement and Pastoralists in the project locations Terekeka and Kapoeta · on survey to understand migration flows connected to climate patterns and Conduct surveys in Terekeka and Kapoeta (with at least 50% representation of either men or women) to collect details on land use patterns, Agricultural areas for sorghum production, pastoralism, migration" · Develop GIS maps of climate change projections (temperature and precipitation trends) and their implications for future hazard trends (e.g., floods, droughts). · Use climate models and satellite data to illustrate long-term climate risks and identify climate vulnerable hotspots. · Produce GIS maps overlaying hazard data with agricultural production areas, infrastructure (roads, bridges, water points), human settlements, and population distributions. · Conduct risk mapping for key sectors (agriculture, natural resources, pastoralism, infrastructure, migration) at national level. · Carry out localized climate risks and vulnerability assessments, focusing on Terekeka and Kapoeta counties. · Overlay socio-economic data and community assets with hazard maps to assess exposure and sensitivity. · Conduct a desktop study of migr
