The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.

Below is a summary of the work to be performed:

The consultancy will undertake a comprehensive diagnostic and coherence review of Nepal’s unilateral social protection measures for migrant workers, including the Foreign Employment Welfare Fund, Social Security Fund provisions and mandatory insurance schemes. It will assess duplication, fragmentation and coverage gaps; analyse financing structures, benefit adequacy and sustainability; and examine integration with Nepal’s broader social protection system.
