CONSTRUCTION OF PAVEMENT AT LA RETRAITE – PHASE 2: CONSTRUCTION OF STORM DRAIN AND BRIDGE ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class I only registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: La Retraite PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Six (6) MonthsACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SLTA’s Head Office at Dream gate Complex, 1st Floor, Block B as of Thursday 27th August 2026 from 9:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 3:00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 1’ 000.00 each.

The deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Wednesday 02nd September 2026 not later than 3:00pm.Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Thursday 03rd September 2026 at 1:30p.m and the meeting place shall be at La Retraite – Kot Fanmir Shop. Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.SUBMISSION OF TENDERS: TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “CONSTRUCTION OF PAVEMENT AT LA RETRAITE – PHASE 2: CONSTRUCTION OF STORM DRAIN AND BRIDGE” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB), CARE HOUSE, ATTIC FLOOR, VICTORIA BEFORE 10:30AM ON THURSDAY 17TH SEPTEMBER 2026.

TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30AM.
