CONSTRUCTION OF PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE AT ILE DU PORT, CAT COCOS JETTY TO ENGLISH RIVER SOURCE OF FINANCE: Government of SeychellesELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 1 only registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.CONDITIONS:Bidder who has an existing civil work contract with the SLTA, for which those contracts are less than 70% completed, will not be eligible to participate in this tenderMust have successfully completed similar construction projects of comparable nature, scope, and complexity within the last five (5) years.

Supporting documents such as completion certificates, reference letters, and photographic evidence of completed works must be provided.PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Cat Coco Berth Pay Parking area - VictoriaPERFORMANCE PERIOD: Eight (8) MonthsACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SLTA’s Head Office at Dream gate Complex, 1st Floor, Block B, Ile Du Port as of Wednesday 15th July 2026 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 1’ 000.00 cts each.

The deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Tuesday 21st July 2026 not later than 2:30 p.m.Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Wednesday 22nd July 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and the meeting place will be at Cat Coco Berth Pay Parking. Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.SUBMISSION OF TENDERS: TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “CONSTRUCTION OF PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE AT ILE DU PORT, CAT COCOS JETTY TO ENGLISH RIVER.” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB), ATTIC LOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA, BEFORE 11:00AM ON WEDNESDAY 05th AUGUST 2026.

TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:00AM.
