Abubakar, State Project Coordinator, Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES), and inspect the Bidding document during office hours 0900-1600 at the address given below. • The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Two Hundred Thousand Naira (NGN200,000.00) only. The method of payment will be by bank draft or direct transfer in favour of the following account: 1012685184 Keystone Bank Account Name: Gombe State L-PRES. Proof of payment be presented at the address below. At the bidder's request, the documents could also be sent by courier after paying an additional fee to cover the delivery cost. • Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12 noon on 8th June, 2026. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below by 12 noon on the 8th June, 2026. • All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of NGN231,967,987.25
