  • The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Construction of 3nos Artificial Insemination Centers, Upgrading of Veterinary Clinics to Referral Veterinary Hospitals and Provision of Cold Chain Facilities and Upgrading of Milk Collection Centers at RUGA in Mafa, Gubio and Askira/Uba LGAs of Borno State - under Borno L-PRES Project. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing.
  • The Borno State Government through the Borno State Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources now invites sealed Bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of 3nos AI Centers, Upgrading of Veterinary Clinic, Provision of Cold Chain Facilities and upgrading of Milk Collection Centers as specified in the table below:
