SCOPE OF THE WORK: The assignment aims to build awareness, understanding, and implementation capacity for Rwanda’s Green Taxonomy among relevant market actors, focusing on banks and non-bank financial institutions, such as Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD) and Umurenge Savings and Credit Cooperatives (SACCOs), among others. The selected consulting firm is expected to conduct the following: ·       Inception report: Describe the methodology and work plan for the capacity-building.
