The firm should be ISO/IEC 27001 Certified by a reputable certification body. • The firm should demonstrate proven work experience of at least 4 similar assignments (in ISO 27001 Certification) conducted within Uganda. • The firm should be accredited by either PECB, APMG, BSI, ISACA or other equivalent bodies for offering training and certification of individuals towards ISO 27001 Lead Implementer Certification. Evidence of this is required. • Should have evidence of a local office in Uganda (support and implementation) The required qualifications and experience of the Key Experts are detailed in the Terms of reference that can be found at the following website: www.ueccc.or.ug The shortlist will contain Five (5) to Eight (8) firms. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a sub-consultancy. In the case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint venture shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected. The Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Consultant Qualification Selection (CQS) method set out in the World Bank Procurement Regulations (September 2025).
